Bernat Quintana completed his training at Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.
He began his audiovisual career in series such as Laura and El cor de la ciutat, both on TV3. He has participated in the films La Ciudad de los Prodigios, by Mario Camus; Boi, by Jorge M. Fontana; and Barcelona 1714, directed by Anna Maria Bofarull. Other notable appearances include series and TVmovies such as Barcelona Ciutat neutral, directed by Sònia Sánchez; Jo, el desconegut, directed by Joan Mallarach; and Com si fos ahir and La fossa, all on TV3.
From his extensive theatrical career, notable projects include Només una vegada, written and directed by Marta Buchaca; Calígula, by Albert Camus and directed by Mario Gas; Panorama desde el puente, by Arthur Miller and directed by Georges Lavaudant; Tu no surts a la foto, directed by Antonio-Simón; Somni americà, written and directed by Oriol Tarrasón; El joc de l’amor i de l’atzar, by Pierre Marivaux and directed by J. M. Flotats; Vània y Stockmann, with the company Las Antonietes; Cyrano directed by Oriol Broggi; Romeo y Julieta, adapted by Marc Martínez and Martí Torras; Viejo amigo Cicerón, under the direction of Mario Gas; and Anna Karenina, at TNC, directed by Carme Portaceli, among others.
